Response from Mr Giles Pattison

Thank you for your review and I am glad you found the consultation informative. I am sorry that you had to wait so long to see me. We are doing all we can to change the clinic service to minimise our waits. It's proving a tough nut to crack, however- if you have any ideas about how we could improve the clinic flow please do let me know.

Excellent care. Clear, informative, measured and incredibly skilful. Mr Pattison makes you feel listened to and in a safe pair of hands. We could not have had better support throughout a very difficult process. He clearly understands the anxiety that parents have about their children having surgery. He is honest, open and clear about expectations and plans. He is also a nice guy and genuinely cares about his patients and talks directly to them about what is going on too. Although it seems odd to say this last, he is rather good at the surgery bit too!
